At Chaddy Kids Club we strive to have open channels of communication, we hope that all parents are able to speak to a member of staff about any compliments, comments or complaints at any time. As we will endeavour to constantly improve and review our practice we welcome any compliments and comments.

However in the event that a parent has a complaint, please speak to Wendy or Cath initially. We hope that a complaint can be resolved to the parents’ satisfaction. If you feel that your complaint has not be dealt with appropriately or resolved you have the right to contact OFSTED regional office - 0300 123 1231.
